Infrared Sauna

Our sauna uses infrared panels instead of conventional heat to easily penetrate human tissue, heating up your body before heating up the air. This heat helps relieve sore muscles, aids in weight loss and detox and improves your overall health and well-being.
Cryo Lounge

Our Cryo Lounge is an advanced recovery chair that offers a combination of cold, heat and pressure therapies to maximize relaxation and recovery of achy muscles.

Pod

Designed to reduce stress, promote relaxation, enhance muscle recovery and more, our Relaxation Pod offers a fully immersive, multi-sensory experience for relaxation and mindfulness. Guests select from a large menu of wellness content including nature scenes, meditation practices, mindfulness content, breathing exercises and healthy lifestyle content.
Therabody
Lounge and Accessories

Our Therabody Loungers combine sound and vibration therapy for a multi-sensory, full-body experience that induces a deep state of relaxation and focus. Treatment includes access to Therabody Smart Goggles, Recovery Jet Boots and Theragun massagers.

Policies and Procedures
Check-in is required before entering the Recovery Suite.
Arrive to your appointments clean and ready to start. Showers and towels are available to use prior to your appointment.
Clean and dry clothing is required for use of equipment.
Be mindful of noise as this is a designated quiet space. Phone calls must be taken outside.
Wipe down equipment after use.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of massage appointments.
